TxHML Training Manual

The Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Program is a Medicaid waiver program administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) with claims and authorization support provided by the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP). TxHmL supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in community-based settings by providing authorized services that promote independence, safety, and person-centered care.
